1. Soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes or until bandana is full and firm (could be less than 20 minutes). DO NOT OVER-SOAK, as this can cause the gel to seep through the fabric.
2. Squeeze the gel in either direction to evenly distribute it across the length of the crystal chamber.
3. Pat dry.
4. Wear around your neck or forehead all day.

At the end of the day, resoak if needed and refrigerate for next day's use.

-Hand wash only in soap and water.
-DO NOT FREEZE! 
-DO NOT put bandanas in the washing machine or clothes dryer.
-DO NOT store wet bandanas in a sealed container for extended periods, this could cause mold to grow.
-Allow to air dry between uses.

Made from cool, comfortable natural cotton fabrics. Polar Breeze Bandanas measure about 36 inches long by 2 inches wide. The crystal chamber measures about 16 inches long leaving plenty of fabric to tie around the neck or forehead.

To re-use, just re-soak the bandana (year after year)!
